The Aseana PowerStation, opened in 2005, is a mixed-use, retail-office-services development. It is strategically located along President Diosdado Macapagal Avenue. This new major thoroughfare, parallel to Roxas Boulevard, is a faster, easier and thereby increasingly popular route with the numerous commuters who make the daily trip home from the Makati and Ortigas Central Business Districts to the residential suburbs of Cavite and Laguna. Premium brand locators such as Shell Gas Station, McDonalds, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Yellow Cab Pizza, Mercury Drug Store and Starbucks are the project’s main tenants. The building, which has 7,000 sqm of leasable area, is currently 95% occupied. The company was involved in the project feasibility and financial underwriting, project management, leasing and property management of the project.
